AN ORNAMENTAL AFFAIR
16th Annual Ornamental Affair Celebrating CASA is a unique fundraiser featuring local artists who donate their time and talents by creating one-of-a-kind decorated Christmas ornaments to be sold by silent auction. This is an annual event raising money to benefit Tri-Lakes CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Abused and Neglected Children).
This years event is also honoring the late Honorable Judge Vicki Cook who was instrumental in the start of our original program, Garland County CASA. Judge Cook was also a Tri-Lakes Board Member at the time of her passing. We will be forever grateful for her service and dedication to the foster care children we serve.
Tri-Lakes CASA is achieving more with our initiatives than ever before. We work on many exciting projects to help improve the lives of others with our community, and are very proud of the progress we continue to make.

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new ways to engage our community. Educating organizations, clubs, religious groups, and coalitions on the CASA mission is just one way we can support our community and children in foster care.
