"Volunteers do not
necessarily have the time;
they just have the heart."
~Elizabeth Andrew

Tri-Lakes CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) provides compassionate volunteers who advocate for abused and neglected children in the foster care system.  We are committed to ensuring a consistent voice, safe home, and promising future for children in foster care.

Through the combined community efforts of volunteers, staff, attorneys, judges, foster families, family service workers, board members, donors, and supporters, Tri-Lakes CASA provides a CASA advocate for foster children in Garland, Hot Spring and Grant counties.

ADVOCATE

With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. Learn more about our work by getting in touch with our team today.

COMMUNITY

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new ways to engage our community. Educating organizations, clubs, religious groups, and coalitions on the CASA mission is just one way we can support our community and children in foster care.
